About the owner –
Timothy P. Brzuszkiewicz, Evolve’s owner, has had a love of building since his childhood. With having his father and both grandfathers as carpenters in his life, they gave him the start with two key factors: one - having the love of building in his blood, and two - led him to understand that building is a talent which should be crafted with pride.
People say there are fewer true craftsmen in today’s world but here at Evolve, Tim and all the employees, carry the same desire to have a talent in building that we all take pride in and give the customer a very satisfied final product.
Tim attended Alfred State College majoring in Surveying Engineering, and Herkimer CCC graduating with a degree in construction management. During college breaks, Tim worked as a laborer with a local construction company specializing in commercial and concrete construction. Upon graduating from college Tim took a job offer with The Hayner Hoyt Corp. (THHC) general contractor out of Syracuse, NY as a project engineer. Working for THHC, Tim gained valuable office and field experience in large and small commercial projects working closely with upper management, field superintendents, field personnel, sub-contractors, architects, engineers and customers. Tim moved on to another a position as a project manager for a large sub-contracting company, Spencer-Virnoche Inc. Here, Tim managed the company’s product logistics and carpenters who installed commercial millwork in public schools, colleges, factories, industrial and medical facilities across the state. Managing large multi-million dollar projects gave Tim tremendous experience in time management skills and coordination.
Tim is involved in each and every project from shaking the customers hand for the first time, to working with Evolve’s employees and sub-contractors through out the project. His goal is to provide work he’s proud of and ultimately give the customer both a good experience during the building project and an end product they were looking to achieve.
